While most builders hire the cheapest sub contractors available and also change subs all too frequently, we have developed a loyal, longstanding relationship with ours. In fact, all but a handful of our sub contractors have joined us in constructing every home built by Walker Homes, Inc. This is vital to building the highest quality product. This increases efficiency, reduces mistakes, and most importantly increases pride in craftsmanship.
